In order to comply with safety regulations
and to avoid hazards, repairs of electrical
appliances must be carried out by quali ed
personnel, including the replacement

Start up
Before the juicer is used for the  rst time, it
must be cleaned as described in the section
General Cleaning and Care.
Power cord storage
ere is a power-cord storage compartment
in the base. Unwind the cord to the required
length before use. A er use, wind up the cord
clockwise and secure the plug in the bracket.
Operation
Attach the juice container to the drive
sha of the base unit. Turn the container
clock-wise until it is heard locking into
place.
Fit the pulp sieve onto the juice container.
Fit the smaller juicer dome over the pulp
sieve and onto the drive sha , pushing it
down until it is heard locking into place.
When processing larger citrus fruits such
as oranges, the larger juicer dome can be
tted over the smaller one; ensure that
the recesses on the larger dome  t over the
ridges on the small dome.
Insert the plug into a suitable wall socket.
Cut the citrus fruit in half and push one
of the halves lightly down onto the dome
with the cut section facing downwards.
–  e drive sha will start rotating
automatically once pressure is applied
to the dome.  e appliance switches o
when pressure on the dome is li ed.
For better juice extraction, the motor can
rotate in either direction and may also
change direction during operation.
When processing larger quantities of fruit,
the pulp sieve must be emptied from time
to time as necessary.
Always remove the plug from the wall
socket before pouring out the juice.
To pour out the extracted juice, remove
the pulp sieve and the dome from the juice
container, then unlock the juice container
from the base unit by turning the
container in an anti-clockwise direction.
General Cleaning and Care
Before cleaning the appliance, remove the
plug from the wall socket.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
clean the appliance with water and do not
immerse it in water.
Do not use abrasives, harsh cleaning
solutions or hard brushes for cleaning.
–  e base unit may be wiped with a slightly
damp, lint-free cloth.
–  e detachable attachment parts should
be thoroughly cleaned immediately a er
processing, using hot water and a mild
detergent.
For periods of non-use, attach the pulp
sieve, the juicer domes and the dust cover
to the main unit a er cleaning.
Disposal
Do not dispose of old or defective
a
ppliances in domestic garbage;
this should only be done through
public collection points.
Guarantee
is product is guaranteed against defects
in materials and workmanship for a period
of two years from the date of purchase.
Under this guarantee the manufacturer
undertakes to repair or replace any parts
found to be defective, providing the product
is returned to one of our authorised service
centres.  is guarantee is only valid if the
appliance has been used in accordance with
the instructions, and provided that it has not
